1. TCM Institute staff enter the library with their ID cards
2. In order to share TCM medical resources, the library of the Institute is also open to readers outside the Institute
3. Readers outside the Institute must present their ID card, student ID card or other relevant documents that can prove their identity for inspection, register at the counter before entering the library, and can search and print the library's collections in the library. The library will charge a printing fee, but currently the library materials are not available for readers outside the Institute to borrow.
4. Readers entering the library must abide by the Copyright Act and other relevant laws and regulations. If there is any violation, in addition to being legally responsible, they may be asked to leave the library.
5. Keep quiet when entering the museum and maintain a clean environment. Do not make noise, smoke, eat or do other things that affect reading. Mobile phones and electronic products and other telecommunication devices should be turned off or muted. Those who do not improve after persuasion may be asked to leave the museum.

1. Take the MRT and walk to the Institute:
Exit from "Shi Pai Station" and walk along the park below the MRT line towards "Bili'an Station". After about 8-10 minutes, you will see the "Li Nong Street Section 2" and "National Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ministry of Health and Welfare" signs. Turn right and enter to arrive at the Institute.
2. By bus:
(1) Shipai Station: Red 12, Red 19, 216, 223, 601, 645
(2) Yangming University Station: 216 (sub), 223, 288, 550 (about 5-8 minutes walk to the Institute)
3. By car:
From Taipei Main Station, take Chengde Road toward Beitou, turn right at Shipai Road Section 1 and go straight, turn left at Linong Street Section 2 and walk about 300 meters. You will see the sign for the "National Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ministry of Health and Welfare" and turn right to enter the Institute.
