Announcement on the Opening of Government Website Information

1. Authorization Method and Scope

In order to facilitate the extensive use of website information by all sectors, all information and materials published on the Ministry of the Interior's Global Information Website may be provided to the public for free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable within the scope of copyright protection. Users may reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit, or use in other ways without time or region restrictions to develop various products or services (referred to as value-added derivatives). This authorization will not be withdrawn subsequently, and users do not need to obtain written or other authorization from this agency. However, when using, the source should be indicated.

2. Explanation of Related Matters

(1) The scope of this authorization only applies to the scope of copyright protection, and does not apply to other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and the provision of agency logos.

(2) Whether personal information disclosed by the parties themselves or disclosed in accordance with legal orders can be collected, processed, and used, users must plan and implement corresponding measures required by law in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

(3) Some audio and video, images, music scores, special articles or other works may only be used with the consent of the agency after special statement.

3. It should be noted that the author's personality rights (including the right to name and the right to prohibit improper changes) of third parties should not be infringed.

4. When using the data and materials provided by this authorization, the relevant information shall not be changed maliciously. If the information displayed after use is inconsistent with the original data and materials, the user shall bear the civil and criminal legal responsibilities.

5. The authorization of this website does not grant the user the status of recommending, approving or endorsing its value-added derivatives on behalf of this agency.
